Research & User Flow
I did research based on the types and needs of cafe goers, and surveyed consumers to find out the behaviour and usage of cafes, options of seeking a cafe.
On-site recce of merchants helped to gather a more insightful percentage of different cafes and what features were available for customers. Taking all these data into consideration, I created a user journey that best suited how different types of people would approach the search of a cafe.
App Proposal & Merchant Web App
A proposal for the app was created to highlight the concept, features and functionalities of the app. A Merchant web app was also created to for cafe owners to edit, and input information on their outlets, as well as monitor data from users.
